(*) Note:
1. All loads applied on center point of panel via a 1 square inch indenter area. A 50 Kg preloading is default. Results above indicate center point
of panel permanent set after application of concentrated load shall be 2mm (0.01").
2. All loads to be applied anywhere on panel via a 1 square inch indenter area. A 50 Kg preloading is default. Permanent set after application of
load shall be 1 mm (0.005").
3. A concentrated load is applied at center of panel via a 1 square inch indenter area. A 50 Kg preloading is default. Result shows where
permanent fractures occurred.
4. Local and beam top surface deformation shall not exceed 0.02mm (0.0008"), both 10 pass test and 10,000 pass test uses a 6" x 2" wide
alathane wheel. Loading on top of the wheel is 500Kgs.
5.Drop Impact Loads: A (200 Lb) 91kg weight drops from 1ft (305 mm) hight via a 1 square inch area. Results above indicate less than 1mm
(0.005") deformation.
6. Fatigue Test: Results above indicate 1 million cycles of loading and unloading force applied on the center of a panel via indenter.
